How to Measure
Arm: With your arm relaxed and slightly bent, measure from the centre back of your neck, across your shoulder and down to your wrist.
Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, under your arms, keeping the tape level.
Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your natural waist.
Hips: Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips.
Height: Measure from the top of the head to the floor without shoes.
