Carve the Wake: Premium Waterskis, Kneeboards & Gear

While wakeboarding and wakesurfing might dominate modern lake culture, there is absolutely nothing that replaces the classic, high-speed thrill of waterskiing or the easy-to-learn fun of a kneeboard. At The Drop, we carry the industry’s most trusted watersports equipment designed for every skill level, from first-timers getting pulled behind the boat to seasoned veterans running the slalom course.

      Waterskis & Kneeboards

Getting the right board or ski under your feet changes everything. If you have beginners on the boat, our traditional combo skis offer a stable, predictable ride to help them get up easily. For advanced riders, step into a dedicated slalom ski built with aggressive edge bevels for deep, high-speed cuts across the wake. If you are looking for maximum fun with a lower center of gravity, our premium kneeboards feature plush molded EVA pads and deep knee wells for total control and soft landings.

      The Crossover: HO Rad Disks

Looking for the ultimate multi-purpose toy? The HO Rad Disk bridges the gap between a towable tube and a board. Built with ultra-rigid drop-stitch technology, this finless, binding-free disk allows riders to sit, kneel, or stand. It is the perfect, frustration-free addition to the boat for guests who want to ride but aren't quite ready to strap into a wakeboard.

      The Right Rope is Critical

Never use a zero-stretch wakeboard rope to waterski. Waterskiing requires a rope with a slight amount of stretch to absorb the shock of crossing the wake at high speeds. Additionally, kneeboard ropes often feature specialized handles or secondary loops designed to hook directly into the front of the kneeboard, allowing the rider to get pulled up without having to hold onto the handle while they strap in. We stock the exact, sport-specific ropes you need for a safe and successful pull.
